Storyline: House Training

It’s the end of the House Training arc! A new arc featuring an old favourite character begins next episode, because I accidentally came up with a new storyline while skiing this weekend. There may be some Patron-only pages coming out of this.

Transcript

  1. Singing Cricket, Granny Dismal, and Kayra are enjoying a picnic outdoors. In the background, Dojo and Granny's house nuzzle one another, while Charlie sits grumpily next to Dojo.

Kayra: "Dojo and his mother, reunited! Isn't it sweet?"

  1. Close shot of Singing Cricket and Granny.

Granny sips her tea. "Yes... he's large enough now, his mother is less likely to eat him."

Singing Cricket, standing beside her, sticks his tongue out at the unpleasant thought. "Urk."

  1. Fully view of the family at their picnic. Singing Cricket talks happily with Granny while Kayra digs into the picnic basket. Granny picks up a cookie.

In the background, to Charlie's surprise, Alond stumbles out of Dojo's front door, having finally escaped his bonds.

Singing Cricket: "I'm just glad it's all out in the open! No more sneaking around."

Kayra: "Just one big happy family again, right?"

Granny: "Indeed."

  1. Close shot of Singing Cricket and Granny.

Singing Cricket, grinning: "It's kind of silly, but... Even though you planned all this, I was still have expecting some horrible PUNISHMENT for LYING to you."

Singing Cricket continues: "You know, some kind of psychological TORTURE where I'm always wondering if TODAY'S the day you'll finally GET me..."

Granny, holding up her cookie: "Such foolishness!"

  1. Granny takes a bite of her cookie as she continues.

Granny: "Certainly not TODAY."

Singing Cricket's eyes go wide and he spills his beer. "Eek!"

  1. Full shot of the whole family. In the background, Charlie chases after a frightened Alond. Kayra pulls a plate of roasted Intellect Devourer.

In the foreground, Granny picks up a jug of moonshine. "Another drink?"

Singing Cricket nervously covers his glass.
